CRITICAL POWER DISTRIBUTION

EAP has been designing data center power systems for 30 years.  We specialize in Tier III and Tier IV distribution, with concentration on System + System (2N) and Distributed Redundancy (3N/2). These concepts eliminate single points of failure while allowing for concurrent maintenance with uninterrupted operation.


COMPUTER ROOM COOLING

EAP provides computer room cooling solutions for Tier III and Tier IV applications.  Our designs have employed the following technologies: 

  • Dual media 
  • Redundant piping loops 
  • Liquid to the rack 
  • Air containment 
  • High efficiency ECM motors. 

The selected design can be simulated with a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software model to confirm the airflow distribution. These concepts eliminate single points of failure while allowing for concurrent maintenance with uninterrupted operation.



CRITICAL FACILITY PLANNING

Critical facilities must operate 7x24. Maintenance activities and infrastructure modifications 
require significant preparation and planning. EAP provides planning services to limit exposure 
to disruptions during these events such as:

  • Risk assessments 
  • Shutdown and cut-over planning 
  • Temporary power and cooling
  • Methods of Procedure (MOP's)
